The purpose of Leelou™ is to provide a digital resource in a data-enabled area for those who may require assistance and to pass on the captured information through the app to either elected Guardians or emergency services. In order for Leelou to operate effectively:
- Digital handsets need to be in a data-enabled area to transmit information;
- Handsets need to be functional; and
- An active profile with up to date and accurate information needs to be entered in to the account registration page.
Leelou™ does not warrant its effectiveness with a faulty handset or poor quality reception.
